Conference Location and Parking
The 2014 conference will be held in the Performing Arts Center on the Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo campus.
There is parking nearby on Grand Avenue in lot G1 and parking structure G-S. Parking permits will be included in the conference fee. To obtain a permit, conference attendees can go to any pay station on campus (except Poly Canyon Village), press any button to “wake” the pay station and select the "Conference-General" permit option. The machine will ask for the code (please enter 201405); press "OK" to continue and the permit will be dispensed. The conference permit option will be available 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm.
Conference permits are valid only in general lots and/or spaces and in outlying campus areas. Conference permits are not honored in metered spaces.

You can catch buses (routes 4, 5, or 6) on the corner of Grand and Mill and should depart the bus at the Performing Arts Center. A transit map is included for your convenience. Fares are $1.25.

Although San Luis Obispo Regional Airport is the closest to Cal Poly, the Santa Maria Public Airport may give you additional travel flexibility.
Traveling from San Luis Obispo Regional Airport to your hotel? The typical cab fare will be between $20 and $30.
If you don’t need to rush home after the conference Thursday afternoon, the famous San Luis Obispo Farmers’ Market will be downtown from 6pm to 9pm Thursday night.
